This Usage Policy sets the community rules for the FFNickname name board on ffnickname.net: which Garena Free Fire nicknames can be submitted, how copies and votes are counted, and what gets removed. It applies to everyone who types, submits, copies or votes on a name, and it sits alongside our Terms of Service.

Why the board has rules
The board is built from what visitors type, copy and vote on, and many Free Fire players are under 18. The rules below keep the lists usable in-game and safe for that audience.
Names that are welcome
- Gaming nicknames, guild tags and stylish versions of first names.
- Decorated letters and symbols from the Unicode standard — script, bold, small caps, framed names.
- Names short enough to use in the game. Free Fire nicknames are commonly limited to 12 characters, so very long combinations are unlikely to be accepted in the rename field.
Names that are rejected or removed
- Sexual or adult words, including ones hidden with symbols, numbers or look-alike letters.
- Slurs, insults aimed at a group, and names made to harass a real person.
- Gambling, betting, alcohol and drug references.
- Religious invocations, caste or surname-identity names, and political or national provocation.
- Offers of “free diamonds”, hacks, mods, injectors, panels, APK links or account sales.
- Names that impersonate a real player, streamer, Garena staff member or brand.
- Personal details: phone numbers, email addresses, home addresses or someone else’s full name.
Every submitted name passes a block list before it is stored. Names that get through and still break these rules are removed without notice when we find them or when they are reported.
How copies and votes are counted
Each copy, like and dislike adds one to that name’s public total, and the board is ordered by those totals. We never add, remove or buy counts by hand. Repeated automated clicks are filtered out, and a device keeps a record of the names it already voted on so the same button is not counted twice from one browser.
Using the site fairly
- Do not use scripts or bots to push names up the board or to scrape the lists.
- Do not use the generator or the submission box to post links, adverts or spam.
- Do not try to get around the block list by spelling a banned word with symbols.
We may block access from sources that break these rules.
Reporting a name
If you see a name on the board that breaks these rules, or a name that identifies you or your child, email [email protected] with the exact name and the page address. Reports about minors are handled first. More ways to reach us are on the contact page.

Frequently asked questions
Why was my name not added to the board?
It probably matched the block list, or it was empty after unsupported characters were removed. Try a version without the flagged word.
Can I pay to put a name at the top?
No. The order comes only from real copies and votes. Nobody can buy a place on the board.
Will a name from the board work in Free Fire?
Most short names do, but the game decides which characters it accepts, and that can change with an update. Check the length and paste it into the rename field before spending a rename card.
